We have contacted all of our experience providers and everyone is happy to work together to ensure that all vouchers can eventually be redeemed once the pandemic is over. Expiry dates will be completely flexible during the crisis.
If you have an existing booking you will need to contact the experience provider directly and they will be able to work out a solution with you. Contact details for all experience providers can be found on the vouchers. Please be patient when getting in touch as all of our experience providers are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails.
If you are thinking about buying a voucher PLEASE DO!! we need to support small businesses during this tricky time. You can be safe in the knowledge that any experience with a short redemption period that expires during the health crisis will be automatically extended.
