Beginners Bread Making Workshop
Our beginners bread making workshop is run by Felix Mendelsöhn of Quiver Tree Workshops.
Felix runs his workshops from a community café and bakery in Chesterfield where he regularly helps out baking their sourdough bread. The workshops usually start with a drink and a chat in the café and then move on to the kitchen where most of the bread making takes place around a collection of tables. From there the dough moves into the bakery to prove and where it is finally baked.
Felix comes from a German family and grew up on healthy, hearty homemade bread. He believes in teaching bread baking according to the Real Bread Campaign principles using only flour, water, yeast, salt and natural ingredients.
Felix also runs a Baking with Sourdough Workshop at the same venue.
