A Taste of the Future: New British Cheese Tasting with Andy of The Courtyard Dairy
Got a cheese lover in your life? Fancy giving a gift that’s equal parts delicious and delightfully different? This exclusive online cheese tasting with Andy from The Courtyard Dairy is the stuff of dairy dreams. Taking place on Saturday 10th May at 7pm, it’s a front-row seat to the future of British cheesemaking.
In this live one-hour session, you’ll be guided through six of the UK’s newest and most exciting artisan cheeses, including the likes of Ravensworth, Brefu Da, Town Crier, Lowfields, Corescombe and a mystery blue (because every good cheese night needs a bit of intrigue). Andy will share the stories behind each cheese – how they were developed, who made them, and why they’re creating such a buzz in the world of British cheese.
The tasting pack includes enough cheese for two people, making it perfect for a cosy date night, a foodie friend hangout, or a thoughtful gift that says “I saw this and thought of your cheese obsession.”
Want to level up? Choose the cheese & wine pairing option, which includes three premium canned wines from The Banks Brothers, expertly chosen to complement each cheese and prove that canned wine is no second fiddle.
Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or anyone who’s “not into stuff” but very into cheese.
The cheese tasting session will be delivered online via Zoom. If you can’t make the live session then you can choose to have the recorded session sent to you for enjoying at your leisure.
The cheese featured and introduced on this tasting are traditional rennet and this tasting is therefore not suitable for vegetarians.
