Online Interactive Zoom Cookery Experience – Fish

Do you know someone who would enjoy expanding their repertoire of recipes? In this interactive 2 hour fish dish cookery class you will join accomplished cook Anna virtually via Zoom. You will make a delicious fish stew* with homemade garlic bread rolls to enjoy later.  Anna will provide handy hints and advice throughout the session enabling you to make a meal to be proud of.

You will make:

  • Fish Stew with garlic toasts
  • Baked pear tart

Fish cookery classes are available at a date and time to suit you.

Please note that the fish used will be pre-boned and filleted, this will not be covered in the session.

What is it?
An online, interactive cookery class via Zoom where Anna will take you step by step through the process of cooking your chosen recipes.

How long will it take?
The cookery class should take approximately 2 hours.

What you need to know
You and your group will have exclusive access to Anna's class. There won't be anyone else on the Zoom.

Minimum group size is 1, maximum group size is 8

You will be sent a list of the ingredients and equipment that you will need for the session and a link for logging in to Zoom at the agreed time and date.

How much will it cost?
The online interactive cookery class costs £25 per person.

Delivery details
You will receive a Uniquely Local voucher with a unique code which you will redeem with Anna to book onto one of her cookery courses. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

The online interactive zoom cookery class is run by Anna from ‘Love the Bake’.

Anna has over 20 years experience in Hospitality having first trained at Birmingham College of Food in Hotel Catering & Institutional Management. Her passion is cooking and she wants to share the cooking knowledge she has culminated over the years with the students in her classes.
