What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future 45 minute infrared sauna plus one hour floatation therapy experience in Thorne near Doncaster.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Anything I should know?

  • Experience is available for adults aged 18+
  • Freshly coloured hair needs to NOT leak any colour when washing – for example dark browns/ red – can’t float if hair colour leaks out when washing normally.
  • Full terms and conditions and a waiver will be sent out prior to your booking to ensure that you are safe to use the facilities. If you have any specific questions please ask before purchasing a voucher.

Can I float if I’m pregnant?

Yes, flotation therapy can be beneficial during pregnancy, but it’s always important to approach it with caution.

  • Many pregnant individuals enjoy the soothing effects of floatation therapy, especially for relieving back pain, stress, and swelling in the legs.
  • The buoyancy from the high Epsom salt concentration reduces pressure on the body, providing a relaxing, weightless experience.

However it’s recommended to consult with a doctor before floating, especially if you’re in your first trimester or have any pregnancy-related complications. We allow flotation therapy for pregnant individuals up to 3 weeks before their due date.

Who shouldn’t float?

If you have epilepsy, heart conditions, or an ear infection, we recommend consulting your doctor before floating.

Please note you will not be able to use the sauna if you are pregnant.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.
