What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future City Centre Walking Puzzle – Ghost Quest York.

Anything I should know?

This is a self guided puzzle game which will require the use of a smartphone.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.

The City Centre Walking Puzzle has been developed by avid puzzler Ryan a northern lad, passionate about making northern cities accessible and revitalising their appeal to a wider audience. Based on their love of escape rooms Ryan and his partner dreamt up the quests to allow people to be solving puzzles as they walk the streets and discover new things about the cities they love!
