George & Joseph Cheesemongers are an accredited Academy of Cheese training partner, currently offering the Level 1: Associate course. On one of the fun, informal classes – held either online or in person depending on your preference – you’ll learn about cheese, meet the cheesemongers and get insight into their work as well as tasting plenty of cheese throughout the day.

The classroom events include course materials, a delicious lunch and refreshments throughout the day. If you’re too far away to visit simply choose the online option and all materials and the cheeses will be sent out to you so you’ll have everything you need to study with us from home.

Academy of CheeseThe George and Joseph – Academy of Cheese – Experience Voucher is valid for booking a place on an Academy of Cheese Associate course held by George & Joseph, an award-winning cheesemongers based in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.

George & Joseph Cheesemongers was started by Stephen Fleming in 2012.  A lifelong cheese addict, Stephen developed a passion for Yorkshire cheeses and locally produced food after moving to Leeds in 2001.

Stephen hosts cheese tasting events for audiences of all sizes – from a informal get-together for a few friends to corporate events with 200 guests.

What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future George and Joseph – Academy of Cheese – Experience Voucher.

Anything I should know?

Voucher is valid for an Academy of Cheese Associate course with George and Joseph.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
