What to expect on a 3 hour cooking experience

The half day classes will give you the opportunity to create one dish from the menu, and enjoy a demonstration of an additional dish by the chef tutor before sitting down to enjoy them both with a glass of wine or soft drink.

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against a Half Day Cookery Course at Cookery School at The Grand hotel in York.

Anything I should know?

  • The three hour cookery workshops give you the opportunity to create one dish from the menu, and enjoy a demonstration of an additional dish by the chef tutor before sitting down to enjoy them both with a glass of wine or soft drink.
  • Those aged 14-17 can attend any class as long as a parent is present and attending the class too.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
