The Online Cheese Tasting – Scottish Cheeses (with Whisky option) : 25th January 2025 is hosted by Andy Swinscoe, owner of award-winning specialist cheese shop and cheese maturer The Courtyard Dairy.

Andy, originally from Cumbria, embarked on a quest to find the finest cheeses available from an early age. Whilst working in restaurants in England and France, and in particular the Edinburgh Balmoral Hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, he further developed his passion for cheese.

Andy and his wife Kathy opened the Courtyard Dairy in 2012, winning Best New Cheese Retailer the following year. In 2017 they launched a Cheese Experience and opened a visitor centre/museum, cafe and cheese making room.
