What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to book a three hour Open Group Paddle boarding Experience in the Yorkshire Dales or Peak District.

Anything I should know?

  • There will be no pressure to do anything you don’t like
  • Suitable for adults and kids aged 7+
  • Weight limit of 130kg but larger members can join along in paddle boats
  • Plenty of parking at activity locations
  • All equipment is new, clean and the best available
  • Qualified instructors
  • Exceptionally high standards
  • Please allow at least 2 weeks’ notice when using a gift voucher and be aware that we can be quite busy in the summer months. Booking early is advised and is subject to availability.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
