The highlight of the experience is 105 minutes of Bamford spa treatments – beginning with a full body rejuvenating scrub to refresh and revive, followed by a personalised Signature Massage. Guests can choose from four core wellness themes – DeStress, Detox, Recovery, or Sleep – depending on what their body and mind need most.

A two-course wholesome lunch rounds off the day beautifully, ensuring guests leave feeling nourished, balanced, and completely recharged.
