Wildlife Photography Experience at Chester Zoo

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future Wildlife Photography Experience at Chester Zoo.

Anything I should know?

Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult. 1 year to redeem voucher. No exchanges but if the buyer has to cancel (before 48 hours) for unforeseen circumstances they may book on the next available date. If the weather is very bad, the experience may be cancelled. Participants can choose the next available date that suits them.
Please note this experience is not run by Chester Zoo and does not give access to any VIP areas, you will be amongst other visitors at the zoo on the day.
Please note, due to Rachel’s maternity leave availability for this experience will be reduced and dates for 2025 will only be available July to October.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
