This is an experience designed to detox, cleanse and relax. You will enjoy a 60 minute floatation therapy session you will hopefully leave the peaceful surrounds of Redmayne Lodge in a blissfully relaxed state.

Floatation Therapy  involves being immersed in a pod with water that is heated to optimum body temperature. The water is combined with an intense solution of Epsom salt which creates the necessary conditions for your body to effortlessly float on the surface of the water.

You will enjoy intense relaxation due to the sound proof and light proof conditions which give your mind the chance to disconnect from the constant bombardment of sensory input. This in turn enhances your ability to be cognitive, mindful and introspective.
