Anything I should know?

• Accessibility: The cabin is wheelchair accessible, but the cockpit has limited space. To fly, you must be able to walk in and sit down unaided.
• Age Limit: Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) who must book a second seat.
• Children: Younger children may be required to sit on the accompanying adult’s lap or use a booster seat, and the adult is responsible for ensuring they follow all instructions given by the crew. Children should only touch controls, switches, and equipment in the cockpit when invited to do so and strictly in the manner directed by the instructor. In rare cases, where the instructor does not feel fully comfortable with a child’s seating position or ability to safely participate, or where suitable seating arrangements cannot be achieved, the child may be asked to enjoy the experience as a spectator only. The team will always act with safety as the top priority while ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for all.
• Flying Assistance: Due to the cockpit setup, the instructor may need to assist with flight controls if needed.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
