The Luxuriance Half Day Spa experience includes access to the Aqua Thermal Journey, where guests can move gently through a series of heat and water experiences designed to slowly warm the body and encourage deep relaxation. With soothing heat rooms, calming spa spaces and the therapeutic benefits of water and warmth, it is an easy way to step away from the everyday and into full-on switch-off mode. Bliss, basically.

During the four-hour experience, guests will also enjoy a treatment of their choice: either an Elemis Skin Booster Facial or an Elemis Salt Scrub. Alternatively, they can choose a Freestyle Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage for an additional £10.

Depending on whether they visit in the morning or afternoon, guests will also enjoy either a delicious lunch from a tempting menu of freshly prepared dishes or Appleby Manor’s much-loved afternoon tea.
