In this art box we will look at three different ways of creating portraits: at paint and how artists use its different mediums to capture the essence of their sitter; at sculpture and how we can create portraits in 3D; and at collage, and how this particular technique provides another way of depicting people and their multi-faceted faces.
The ‘Playful Portraits’ art box includes:
- A booklet introducing the art theme, with information about artists, art styles and techniques.
- Clear instructions on seven art projects, appropriate for children of any age (4+ years), with tips to tailor each project for little ones.
