Enjoy a warm Yorkshire welcome at this family run distillery before tasting their award winning gins and spirits (driver’s will be able to take home a 5cl bottle of their choice and a tonic to enjoy at home), the perfect gift for two people to enjoy together.

Get behind the scenes and take a guided tour of Whittaker’s family distillery. It kicks off with a welcome G&T then a tour of the distillery where their gin and whisky is made and where one of their distillers will take you through the gin and whisky making processes, then into the whisky barrel warehouse. This is followed by a sit down tasting of 9 gins with local Yorkshire nibbles and then a G&T of your choice or a 5cl for those who are driving. The tour takes approximately 2 hours.

Discover what is involved in producing Nidderdale’s award winning gins and whiskies. Distillery tours are held on a Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

Whittaker’s Distillery was founded by husband and wife Toby and Jane Whittaker in 2015. Their distillery is at their family home Harewell House Farm, Harrogate which is nestled amongst the wild, rugged rolling pastures of Nidderdale and is producing internationally award winning gins and whisky. Their hand made small-batch spirits reflect their passion for excellence.

A unique distillery in an iconic setting, Whittaker’s captures the essence of the surrounding landscape to create spirits inspired by nature. From grain to glass, Whittaker’s care and attention to detail can be seen in every step, creating the finest quality, premium spirits for your ultimate appreciation.
