This is a fun filled two hour pottery wheel experience perfect for beginners where you will make and glaze one pot to take home.
Following a thorough demonstration from pottery studio owner Rachel you will be guided through the process to throw and paint your own pot in your two hour session. The pot is then fired and glazed within a week. It can be posted for an extra postage fee or you can collect from the studio at your convenience.
This is a great gift for a budding ceramists and those wanting to recreate the Great Pottery Throwdown!
Where is it? This Pottery Wheel Experience takes place at the studio of Rachel Byass in Pontefract near Leeds.

What you need to know This is a two hour Pottery Wheel Experience where you will make one pot to take home. Pots will be fired and glazed following your session. Pots can be posted for an extra cost or collected at your convenience.
There is a free car park onsite which can accomodate up to 8 cars. The studio has full wheelchair access downstairs.
An apartment sleeping 6 people in 2 bedrooms is available onsite for those needing to book accommodation for their experience.
You will be the only person or (max 4 person) group in the studio. There will only be yourselves and your instructor. In order to comply with the rules your group will all be from the same household or the same bubble. The studio has been fully renovated to provide a clean, fully tiled 93 square metre space where you can enjoy your experience at a safe distance from the other people in your group.
