How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Are there any restrictions?

  • Under 18’s to be accompanied by a parent/carer.

  • No food or ‘uncovered’ drink in the live room and recording spaces. However, there is a kitchen/green room break out space where food can be consumed.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.
