For those craving fresh air, starry skies and a proper back-to-nature adventure (without sacrificing comfort), a stay in a Meadow Yurt on the Swinton Estate is just the ticket.

Tucked away in a wildflower meadow overlooking the Yorkshire Dales, these Mongolian-inspired yurts sleep up to four people and come complete with sumptuous linens, Swinton Estate robes, a wood-fired log burner, and their very own loo and shower. Step outside and you’ll find outdoor seating with views that stretch for miles – the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset stargazing.

Choose from the classic Meadow Yurts or upgrade to a Cabin Yurt, which offers an additional snug cabin bedroom for extra privacy. Both give you access to the communal camp kitchen, barbeque areas, resident’s lounge (with big squashy sofas and plenty of local info), and even a wood-fired hot tub for a soak under the stars.

With no electricity inside the yurts, evenings are all about candlelight, crackling fires and quality time. Just don’t forget your torch!

A short stroll leads to the Bivouac Café for hearty bites and treats, making this experience the perfect mix of wilderness and luxury. Whether it’s a family escape, a unique getaway with friends, or a thoughtful gift for those who have everything, this is glamping at its finest.

  • Both types of yurt sleep 4 people in one double and 2 singles.
  • Meadow yurts sleep 4 people in 1 yurt, Cabin Yurts offer an additional snug cabin double bedroom for extra privacy with 2 people sleeping in the main yurt.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
