A wonderful experience for sharing! Enjoy a fabulous afternoon tea in a beautiful location. Nestled at the foot of Simon’s Seat in the Wharfe Valley is the Brownie Barn. A cosy eatery with stunning views across the valley to Skyreholme and Parcevall Hall Gardens.

With a beautiful outdoor terrace, you can enjoy an afternoon tea with a view in the summer months. Or cosy up by the wood burner in the winter.

The afternoon tea includes a delicious range of savoury snacks and sandwiches, scones, cakes and of course the famous brownies baked on site by Love Brownies.

Please note: it is not possible to make the afternoon teas vegan or gluten free.

The Afternoon Tea for Two at The Brownie Barn is located in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales near Bolton Abbey.

Love Brownies was founded by chef and head brownie baker Chantal, who honed her skills in Europe and Australia before returning to the UK and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales to set up the business.

‘My family has catering roots,’ she says. ‘It’s in my blood. I think a gift of food is one of the few wonderful things you can always offer with pride and accept with pleasure. I’m not really a businesswoman – I just love having the opportunity to make people smile. That’s what matters.’

What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against an Afternoon Tea for Two at The Brownie Barn in the Yorkshire Dales.

Your voucher is valid for afternoon tea for two people.
Dogs are welcome at the Brownie Barn.
It is not possible to make the afternoon teas vegan or gluten free.
This experience must be booked in advance. It is not possible to turn up on the day as all ingredients are ordered in for the experience.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
