Join Kala on this half day cookery workshop and explore the different flavours of this popular cuisine. Learn to cook a range of Malaysian and Thai recipes to take home with you.

What to expect:

  • Introduction to different herbs and spices. How to infuse sauces and use herbs that can be used in variety of dishes.
  • Step by step instructions on how to prepare your starter and main course to take home.

All ingredients and a disposable apron will be provided together with the recipes. Takeaway cartons will be provided to take home food prepared on the day.

Not suitable for those with a nut allergy. Please advise if you prefer a gluten free option.

She has a passion for cooking the delicately flavoured dishes of Malaysia and Thailand and wants to share her love of South East Asian food with the people in her workshops. Her vision is for you to simply enjoy food at its best.

All my classes are very hands on,  it’s not a demonstration and you’ll be amazed what you can create to take home!

Kala is also a professional Chocolatier and offers a Luxury Chocolate Making Workshop for Two People through Uniquely Local Experiences.
