Anything I should know?

This is an experience most suited to families with the emphasis on having fun. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Maximum number of children per adult is 4. Maximum group size is 6 people.

Dairy free gelato is available using lactose free milk.

Please note the experience provider’s cancellation policy which comes into effect once your voucher is redeemed and a date is booked :

Provided you give us 14 days prior notice before your booked date you may rearrange . If it is within 14 days, including weekends and bank holidays, we can rebook you for a 50% rebooking fee of the original cost, We have to charge this as there is a cost to us as small business in getting prepared for the day, milk booked in, lunches arranged, staff costs and the knock on effect in that places will then be required on future dates of which we are then not able to sell. All our courses are incredibly popular and book up in advance, no refunds or credit will be given.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
