The 1.5 to 2 hour workshop will take place at the micro factory where Crofts Chocolate make the magic happen. This session is the perfect opportunity to learn about the art of chocolate-making and create your own tasty chocolate treats to take home.
You’ll learn a lot while having fun at the same time – learn all about the process of making high-quality chocolate treats from scratch. Whether you’re a chocolate lover, a budding chocolatier, or just looking for a fun and tasty experience, the workshop is perfect for all ages, starting from 8 years old and is fully accessible to wheelchairs too!
Here’s what you can expect during the workshop:
• A warm welcome and drinks to get you in the mood
• An informative and fascinating introduction to the art of chocolate-making
• A chocolate tasting experience
• A hands-on chocolate-making session, where you’ll create your own delicious chocolate treats
• Packaging your chocolate creations to take home and enjoy
You’ll be provided with everything you need to make your creations, including the ingredients, equipment, and know-how. All you need to bring is your creativity and sense of fun!

Meet Alex Grant, the owner and chocolatier at Crofts Chocolates who runs the Group Chocolate Workshop in Scarborough.
He has been working with chocolate for over a decade now, and before that, spent 12 years as a chef honing his culinary skills.
A self-taught chocolatier, he has learned through trial and error, books, and lots of experimenting.
His favourite part of the job is hosting chocolate workshops!
The workshop will take place in Scarborough.
Your experience will last 1.5 to 2 hours.
