A Penistone Pies cookery course voucher is the perfect gift for the foodie in your life. Jacqui at Penistone Pies runs a range of cookery courses throughout the year from her country kitchen in her beautiful home near Sheffield.

Recipients can choose from courses including:

All courses include lunch, plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2pm). All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green. These are hands-on demonstrations and produce that you make you can take home to enjoy with your family!

For an additional £16 per person you can add a personalised apron to your order. A choice of colours available. Please let us know when ordering if you are interested in purchasing aprons and we will be in touch to find out your name and colour choices.

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future Penistone Pies Cookery Course Voucher.

  • This type of course is more suited to adults but school aged children are also welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult carer.
  • Jacqui can cater for vegetarians and gluten free diets.

  • You will be in a group with other people.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.

Penistone Pie Cookery Course Voucher

Choose a Penistone Pie Cookery Course Gift Voucher with Jacqui Marsden of Penistone Pies and Puddings who runs a range of cookery courses from her farmhouse kitchen in Penistone near Sheffield.

She makes her pies using a recipe that has been in her family for three generations and using a piece of machinery that her grandfather bought in an auction of Second World War army surplus equipment in the 1940s. The vintage pie-making machine ‘Little Champion’ was sold in the 1970’s when Jacqui’s grandfather sold his business but returned to the family by chance when her father, also a pork pie maker, bought it from a seller in the local newspaper.

Workshops from Penistone Pies include: a pork pie and picallili making workshop, a family cookery workshop and an Italian cookery workshop.
