Want a date night with the WOW factor? Treat your partner to a romantic pottery throw down session at the Glazed & Confused studio with one to one tuition from ceramist Danielle.
The romance factor in the studio will be turned up to eleven with twinkly lights and music of your choice.
Allow at least 3 hours for your date night session which will take place on an evening after the studio is closed to the public. Danielle will work with each of you in turn to make one pot on her wheel while your partner makes a pinch pot trinket dish. Your wheel time includes approximately 30 – 45 minutes of instruction.
Bring your own nibbles or order food in from one of the amazing local eatery’s in Tadcaster. Hot drinks will be provided but you’re very welcome to bring your own bubbly.
Pots will be fired and ready for collection approximately 4-6 weeks after your session event.

The Private Date Night Pottery Throwing Session for Two takes place at Glazed & Confused in Tadcaster, a creative paint-it-yourself pottery studio run by the lovely Danielle.
American born Danielle took over the business in spring 2022 and has introduced a range of new ceramics and creative workshops to the studio.
A former social worker with a minor in art and design she studied ceramics and clay sculpting at university. Danielle wants share her love of Tadcaster and ceramics with customers old and new.
The session will take place in the Glazed & Confused studio in Tadcaster near to York and Leeds after closing.
The pottery throwing session lasts approximately two hours.
All of our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against any of our listed experiences. The recipient may exchange their voucher if they don't like the experience they have been bought. Just see our FAQs for details.
The studio will be closed to the public during your session and Danielle will provide 1:1 tution.
During term time date nights are offered on Friday evenings from 6-8pm, and Saturday evenings from either 4-6pm or 6-8pm and are dependent on availability.
The private date night pottery throwing session costs £215 for two people.

Vouchers are valid for one year from date of payment.
Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
