This afternoon tea canal cruise for two is a wonderfully relaxed way to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales from the water, with prosecco, pretty views and plenty of time to sit back and let the world slow down a notch.

Guests will board the Dalesman canal boat in the historic market town of Skipton before setting off along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, Britain’s longest canal. Once on board, friendly staff will welcome them with a drink each, setting the tone nicely for two hours of gentle cruising, scenic countryside and proper “isn’t this lovely?” energy.

As the boat drifts through the peaceful Yorkshire landscape, guests can enjoy a classic afternoon tea featuring a selection of sandwiches, sweet treats and a fruit scone with strawberry jam and cream.
