A brilliant one hour kids pottery throwing experience aimed at children aged from 9 to 15 years old from Jasmine Studios in Wakefield. This experience makes a great gift for creative kids or a lovely parent and child activity where you can both get messy and have a play with clay together.

During the experience your kids will get the opportunity to have lots of fun on the pottery wheel and make 1 pot with plenty of help from the Jasmine Studios team who are former teachers and know how to engage your little potters to get the most out of the experience.

After crafting, they’ll add colourful designs with liquid clay, and their creation will be fired and glazed, ready for collection in approximately three weeks.

What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to book a one hour Kids Pottery Wheel Throwing Experience at Jasmine Studios in Wakefield West Yorkshire

Anything I should know?

You will be given an apron to wear however you may get some clay on you when throwing so please bear this in mind. You will also need to tie up long hair and where possible have short nails.
- This pottery workshop runs on Sundays.
How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.

The Kids Pottery Wheel Experience in West Yorkshire in West Yorkshire is brought to you by Jasmine Pottery Studios, a small independent pottery studio in Wakefield. Naomi opened up the studio after working in the community teaching outreach classes in art and wanted to create a community space that makes clay and pottery accessible to everyone.

I set out to create a positive and friendly environment to share my skills and bring the joy of clay and pottery to everyone. I aim to make classes affordable, inclusive, engaging and accessible to all ages and abilities.

The studio also run a pottery throwing experience for adults.
