What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future Wizard Walk of York Family Gift Vouchers.

Anything I should know?

Wheelchair users are always welcome, and the route has been carefully planned to ensure it is as accessible as possible.
All bookings are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that your guide needs to cancel the tour due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Children aged 4+ need their own ticket and must be accompanied by at least one paying adult, under 4s and babies in pushchairs are welcome at no charge.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
