Quad biking is the ultimate thrill ride. Learn to master the basics in the beautiful surrounds of Hazlewood castle boasting 70+ acres of woodland split into 2 separate circuits – easy and hard. The easy session will see you mastering the basics on your ATV quad bike, taking on the open woodland and cutting between and behind any tree’s / obstacles that get in your way. Once you’ve mastered the easy track you can graduate to the harder circuit which consists of navigation between some very tight trees (breathe in, the wheels just fit!), up and down steep hills and through some very boggy and muddy sections.
The quad biking experience consists of 60 minutes drive time. Don’t be fooled, this is plenty of time and will see you taking on most of the 70 acre woodland which includes hills, fast straights, technical corners and much more.
On the session you will get your own Kymco150 or CF450 quad bike and the qualified instructors will show you how to handle the bikes safely during a simple warm up lap. Once you have mastered this you will head straight out into the 70 acre woodland track.

They provide exciting opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy a huge variety of activities at two locations in Yorkshire: Hazlewood Castle near York and Leeds and Ripley Castle near Harrogate.
Marc, Dan and Geoff run the company and between them have created a whole range of amazing, fun challenging and unusual activities. Each one of them has a huge lust for life and doing things differently. They test your boundaries whilst having 100% fun at the same time.

We offer a range of activities from the team at Live for Today. These include high-ropes courses and axe throwing. These activities make excellent choices for corporate days, stag and hen parties, grown up times and children’s fun.
The quad biking experience takes place in the stunning grounds of Hazlewood Castle, Paradise Lane, Hazlewood LS24 9NJ. Accessible from York and Leeds.
The length of this session is approximately 60 minutes.

The cost for the quad biking activity is £65 for a 1 hour session.
