Perfect for all abilities, this hands-on experience guides participants through various techniques and materials, introducing them to the basics of fused glass creation.
During the two-hour workshop, attendees will be warmly welcomed into Kate’s charming studio. No prior experience or artistic ability is required, as expert tuition will be provided along with step-by-step guidance throughout the session. Participants can choose from a wide array of projects, including glass coasters, bowls, tea lights, and suncatchers. They may opt to follow provided designs or unleash their creativity with original ideas.
All necessary materials and tools are provided, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. To maintain a personalised approach, workshops are limited to a maximum of four people, allowing ample space and individual attention for each participant.
Complimentary refreshments are available throughout the session, keeping creativity flowing. For a more substantial meal, participants can choose to book at one of two local eateries or arrange for lunch to be provided at the studio for a small additional fee.

Yorkshire Fused Glass Workshop Vouchers are fulfilled by Twice Fired, a glass studio run by artist and designer Kate Park who is inspired by Pattern, process and pure obsession with nature.
Based in Leeds, a creative hub and home to the inspirational natural surrounding landscape that is Yorkshire, the Twice Fired studio designs and produces exquisite contemporary handmade glass art.
The Contemporary Glass Society has already exhibited two Twice Fired pieces and the British Craft Trade Fair (BCTF) is showcasing a piece in its Harrogate gallery.

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against any of the future Yorkshire Fused Glass Workshop Voucher.
Anything I should know?
You will receive a voucher to redeem against a 2 hour glass fusing workshop.
How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.
Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.
How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
