What a treat! Drive out to the beautiful Wharfe Valley, past Bolton Abbey and you’ll come to the hamlet of Barden. On an unmade road just 200m from the main road you’ll find the Brownie Barn. Previously, a cow shed, it’s now a cosy eatery and bakery.

The owners take great pride in their customer service and the quality of their food. Everything is cooked to order. Choose from Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale, Eggs Florentine or Avo-cuddle, the Brownie Barn twist on avocado on toast. All served with a glass of fizz, a coffee or a juice.

All you need to do is sit back and enjoy the view across the Wharfe Valley towards Skyreholme and Parcevall Hall Gardens.

The Champagne Breakfast for Two at The Brownie Barn is located in the Yorkshire Dales near Bolton Abbey.

Love Brownies was founded by chef and head brownie baker Chantal, who honed her skills in Europe and Australia before returning to the UK and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales to set up the business.

‘My family has catering roots,’ she says. ‘It’s in my blood. I think a gift of food is one of the few wonderful things you can always offer with pride and accept with pleasure. I’m not really a businesswoman – I just love having the opportunity to make people smile. That’s what matters.’

What you need to know

What will I get? You will receive a voucher to redeem against a Champagne Breakfast for Two at The Brownie Barn in the Yorkshire Dales.

Anything I should know?

Dogs are welcome at the Brownie Barn.
Voucher is valid for any item from the breakfast menu along with a hot drink or a glass of juice and a glass of fizz.
Served from 9.30am-noon.
Opening hours are Tuesday-Sunday.

How long do I have to book? You’ll have a total of 12 months from the date of purchase – 6 months to activate your voucher code, and 6 months from activation to book your chosen experience.

Can I exchange it? All of our vouchers are fully flexible. The recipient may swap to another experience if they don’t want the one that has been suggested.

How will it arrive? Our eco-friendly voucher boxes are available for £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. PDF e-vouchers are FREE and emailed shortly after ordering.
