A fun one and a half hour pottery making session where you will learn to sculpt your very own creation in a 1:1 session with Danielle (who has a degree in ceramics and clay sculpting). You will learn how to work with clay and use the sculpting tools to create whatever you want!
Please note: this is not a pottery wheel throwing session, this is sculpting by hand. A one to one pottery throwing session is also available at Clayfever.
Once you’ve worked your magic, your finished clay creation will need to dry properly for 4-6 weeks before you can return to paint it, which is included in the session cost.

The Play with Clay Pottery Making Session near York takes place at Clayfever in Tadcaster. Clayfever is a creative paint-it-yourself pottery studio run by the lovely Danielle.
American born Danielle took over the business in spring 2022 and has introduced a range of new ceramics and creative workshops to the studio.
A former social worker with a minor in art and design she studied ceramics and clay sculpting at university. Danielle wants share her love of Tadcaster and ceramics with customers old and new.
The session takes place at Clayfever in Tadcaster near to York and Leeds.
The pottery making session lasts 1.5 hours
