Parents, come and grab a well earned cuppa while Danielle at Clayfever runs a fun one to one session on the pottery wheel with your child. Kids, come dressed to get messy and enjoy learning the basics of pottery throwing on Patrick Clayze the Clayfever pottery wheel.
Once you’ve worked your magic, your finished creation will need to dry properly for 4-6 weeks before you can return to paint it and have it glazed, which is included in the session cost.
This is a lovely experience for crafty kids aged 6 and above.
Kids One to One Pottery Throwing Session near York
The Kids One to One Pottery Throwing Session near York takes place at Clayfever in Tadcaster. Clayfever is a creative paint-it-yourself pottery studio run by the lovely Danielle.
American born Danielle took over the business in spring 2022 and has introduced a range of new ceramics and creative workshops to the studio.
A former social worker with a minor in art and design she studied ceramics and clay sculpting at university. Danielle wants share her love of Tadcaster and ceramics with customers old and new.
The session takes place at Clayfever in Tadcaster near to York and Leeds.
The pottery throwing session lasts 45 minutes.
